i-method is a web based application which can be provided as an intranet service or as a ready to go web application for your intranet.

Requirements

Client (all provisions)

A browser capable of executing VBScript. Normally this is any browser utilising the Trident layout engine such as Internet Explorer 4 and above. i-method will not function on browsers using the Gecko layout engine such as Mozilla Firefox.

Server (when purchased as an intranet application)

A web server capable of running ASP.

Microsoft SQL Server or Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine.

Pricing (all prices are exclusive of VAT)

Single named user - £50

Shared Internet Service (Hosted) (up to 10 users) £300 per user per year

25% annual renewal
£120 per year hosting

Internet Service (Hosted) £300 per user per year

25% annual renewal
£700 per year hosting
(includes 300MB database space - each additional 150MB at £200.00)

• New users can be added at any time.
• Updates included (where bespoke development work has taken place it may not be possible to apply updates).
• Access from anywhere using the intranet.
• Advanced URL security restricts access to specified users.

Intranet Application - POA

• Single payment, no ongoing costs.
• Unlimited users within one organisation.
• Code access to allow integration with other suitable applications/services.
• Updates by arrangement.
• Access through your organisations intranet.

Bespoke Development Work

i-method can easily be developed to suit your organisation and it’s processes and methods. If you wish to change i-method in any way this can easily be done, either before deployment or as an ongoing managed service where you develop the application as you go. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Set Up

Set up is simple, on receipt of a purchase order we will set up your service and notify you of the administration log in. You just add the users and start to govern your projects!

Payment Terms

Once your service is set up we will invoice you for the first year. Accounts will then be invoiced annually in advance. IML reserves the right to turn off the service for any invoice unpaid within 30 days. Additional users can be added at any time and we will invoice you for the remainder of the year. Users can only be removed as part of the annual renewal process.
